Just don't. Terrible customer service. Snotty workers. They don't value your business.
I have been with Sprint for more than 5 years and the customer service I received was terrible. The reason I came there was because they made a mistake and instead of helping me they kept making it seem like it was my fault. The person who helped me was very rude and sometimes wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Now I have to call customer service. WORST SPRINT STORE EVER.
I have been to all of the sprint stores. We have been with Sprint for over 15 yrs now. The 72nd st store wait is always way to long and the west center store is not always willing to help. But since I start using the Shadow lake store my experience has grown. I used to hate going in but now I will only deal with this store. Mary is extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to help when she can. And Jeremy is honest and straight forward. They always take good care of me and any one I send there I know they will be taken good care of. So trust me when I say it's worth the drive to this store.
