I was asked several times if I needed assistance. I didn't but then ended up being help and they were able to answer all of my questions. Checkout was even better because she price matched everything for me and I ended up saving $10!! I'll definitely be back.

Came in this morning with my two toddlers and mother to purchase a laptop. Each team member we passed gave us the side eye glare and not a single employee spoke to us or asked if we needed help finding anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere as spending $1000+ at a store that can't give me the time of day is less that appealing.

I wanted an item and they said I would have to order it at home online. No big deal accept I wanted a credit card, and they NEVER told me I'd have to wait until I got the credit card information. NOW the item is out of stock SO I will lose all the bonuses I wanted to gain by using the credit card in the first 14 days. Their Online customer service is not any better, I found out on my own this morning i could link the BB account and credit card together, and none of their associates online thought to mention this to me when I was trying to figure out how to use the Credit card. THANK YOU IDIOTS AT BESTBUY!!! I will be canceling this card asap, may affect my credit but at least I don't got to worry about idiots.

There’s nothing worse than leaving a store and being taken advantage of.... I love Best Buy but after hearing the horror story of this Best Buy and how they deal with customers it honestly makes me sad.... I’m a Best Buy ELITE PLUS member and honestly was talked to by an employee like I was scum.... Jarrod or Jared who apparently titles himself as a manager couldn’t of been more unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this store because of its customer service.... You will be greatly disappointed.

Convenient for Papillion residents. Very helpful staff. No problems with return items.
