Love the folks at Pets Earth. Always friendly and helpful. And the products are the best. I can feel good about the food and treats I give my Dog!

Update.. pets earth called and left a message stating that the refund was issued..I never said a refund wasn't issued, however, the refund that was issued was for half off which they said they refunded me on the 4th of dec, because the cake hadn't been made. When I went back 2 hrs later to pick up the cake they said they just went ahead and refunded the entire price if the cake which was 23.99, that other half of the refund did not get refunded into my acct only 11.50 got put back in...

This place is incredible. We recently adopted a dog and I went here for quality food. They were VERY helpful, and knowledgeable. Then yesterday Marley (our dog) decided to roll around in less than pleasant smelling material (ok it was poop)... I recalled Pets Earth having a self service washing area. It was free to use for our 1st time since we recently adopted Marley. Given it was free and is self-serve, I would not fault them for not wanted to be too involved, but that is not how these guys do business. They asked if we had bathed him before, and we confessed to be rookies, She offered guidance up front, demonstrated how to do certain things, and checked in with us from time to time. It really helped us quickly become comfortable with a process that was new to us. The facilities themselves were outstanding. Could not imagine trying to do it at home. We will happily pay to use it going forward. Such a wonderful place that really shows they care about what is best for you and your pet.
Ordered a cake for a 1st bday about a week and a half to 2 weeks in advance, went to pick it up , and it wasn't even made... They said give them 45 minutes and they would call when it was ready and come back, they did apologize and said they would give me half off the 22.95 4 in cake that was fine, but they didn't call to say the cake was done until 2 hrs later, when I finally went to pick it up, she said they felt bad and that they went ahead and refunded the cake entirely.. well they only actually refunded me half, I have checked my acct for the last week and still no total refund.. I don't think I would ever go to this store again or recommend it to anyone..the girls who work here are pleasant, but don't tell a customer you are going to refund them and then don't follow thru. This was the first time I had ever done business with Pet's Earth..
