I moved addresses over 1 month ago and still haven't gotten ANY mail in that time other than my change of address confirmation, have tried consistently with no help, employees are all shoulders when you ask them a question.
Waited at home all day for a small package. Very small. Was told from amazon they attempted to deliver and left note. They never knocked and i didnt find this notice until looking in my mail box! If they went in my mail,why not leave the package? Ugh! Irritated with this post office.
Regularly mis-delivers the mail, meaning sometimes our mail ends up in someone else's box, or we receive someone else's mail in ours. I'd almost prefer having to drive to a PO Box. At least then I'd have someone to handle the issue on hand when that happens.
Someone parks near the mailbox so the mail delivery guy refuses to deliver mail because there is not a 30ft space..... I have pictures of the vehicle parked near the mailbox not in front of it and clearly not obstructing that area as well as him completely not deliverIng the mail to the 4 mailboxes but parking in front of them getting out of his vehicle and delivering a package to the neighbors. This is completely ridiculous
I always go when it's not busy and the employees were fast and surprisingly happy.
