Some staff are great. Others are quite the opposite. Games are very fun though!
Never been to this park. Just stopped in while in town. Asked the lady at the ticket window for 1st row seats from field. She gives me 1st row Diamond seats.... come to find out they are 2nd level seats at premium cost. Not very happy. So I to ticket acomendations and they exchange my to let for a 2nd row ticket. They don't give me the price difference back for their own staff mess up. Also there might be 6 people in the 3 sections I'm near and I can't move up 1 row. Ridiculous. One of the few parks I'm glad I'm not coming back too.
Had season tickets, quit going because emphasis seemed to be on booze rather than baseball. The first season the restrooms were very nice but rapidly went downhill and weren't clean at all. Too many silly games. Not enough controll of the youngsters running wild. Prices just kept increasing.
This MILB team has it's act together!! They get better every year. Not just the team but the organization in general. They improve year over year! Keep rocking on and STIR UP THE STORM!!!!
Probably the best minor league park I've ever been to. All the seats are comfortable and have great views of the field. The open air concourse affords fans walking around the opportunity to keep watching the game. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of good ticket deals.
