Cordes gave me a prposal 2 months ago, I talked to him 3 weeks ago and he said that he'd be out by weeks end. Never showed, never called. I took into account the rain and weather. I called him June 6 and was told that he was too busy with weather damage out west. That it would be a long time. I can understand if he was a roofer, or building contractor. He is a painter. I also realize that my job is small and less profit for him but he did give me a proposal and approximate date and didn't keep it. You can't trust what this guy promises.
