Went to old navy today in Shadow lake to exchange some stuff I got from other store. Anyway The manager Miss Abby was very rude and not helpful at all. It’s sad that the same stores have different rules. She didn’t take the time to hear what I was saying are trying to do, but the cashier person was helpful. Will not shop at that store as long as miss Abby is the manager at old navy.
