Overcharge for parts and labor and do a very poor job. Technicians, store manager, and district manager all need a refresher in what Tuffy's motto is. This location has a bad reputation. The store manager is new and when I asked him if he would stand behind his employee's work he laughed and said to call the corporate number. When I called corporate and talked to the district manager he called me a liar. This is a company that my family has taken vehicles to for over 15 years. Definitely won't be going back and hope that others research the overwhelming number of bad reviews before taking your vehicle in to get scammed and called a liar too.
Great customer service got two tires changed quick and was back on the road in no time
They work hard and are reasonably priced.
I walked in, was greeted with a handshake by The Store Manager (Mike). I discussed my issue with him. He listened, understood what was going on with my car and immediately outlined a plan to diagnose and correct the problem. I left my car and let them take charge. Within a few hours, MIke telephoned me with diagnostic results, a plan to correct, and an estimate of costs. A couple hours later, I get a call telling me, "your Caddy is ready to go." I returned, met Damian and Carl. Great group of guys working that shop. Personable, knowledgeable, and professional. As a customer, I was treated with respect. I even received a discount as a Military Retiree! Half the employees are also Veterans. Great experience with Tuffy!
My vehicle was overfilled by a quart of oil at least, manager told me my truck took 7 but they only charge for 6. My truck takes 6 quarts, also was told GM calls for full synthetic, also not true. My truck broke down with all sorts of warnings and engine light flashing, less than 3 wks later. Had called corporate office and still waiting for a call back. I'm so frustrated with the service and unprofessionalism from this location. My oil was drained and black with only 900 miles on the change, truck read at 80% Was it even changed?? Still waiting on a call and now I'll be calling again! Horrible!!!!!
