Worst customer service I have ever had at enterprise I will never use enterprise again reserved a suburban yesterday. I was told a debit card would be sufficient to get the suburban by a certain employee down there went in today and the same guy told me that a debit card would not be accepted to rent the suburban I have to have a debit card I can only get a minivan you young man need to get your story straight and I think you should be fired I have used enterprise for years and have spent thousands of dollars on your company and after this rental is done I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN YOU HAVE LOST THOUSANDS OF MY DOLLARS COMING TO YOUR COMPANY
